You answered. We listened.
Before refreshing Hash-Hut, we asked miners what affects their profitability, what frustrates them about their current pools and what could convince them to switch.
The biggest challenge was clear: electricity costs. Miners also pointed to unstable infrastructure, a lack of transparency, high fees, limited functionality and slow support.
We can’t control electricity prices, market volatility or regulation. But we can improve the part that depends on the pool.
That’s why the refreshed Hash-Hut focuses on what miners told us matters most:
- Lower fees as you grow — the new Grade System reduces your pool fee as your qualifying hashrate increases;
- Transparent accruals — track your shares, earnings and payouts through open statistics;
- More data at a glance — get quick information from redesigned statistics cards and view monthly performance charts;
- A clearer dashboard — use an account guide to get started and find the tools you need faster;
- Better mobile experience — view coin and worker information through redesigned mobile-friendly cards;
- More control over your data — export payouts, accruals and other information in CSV format;
- Flexible watcher access — choose which dashboard tabs are available to each watcher;
- Stable infrastructure — distributed Stratum servers, regional nodes and redundancy help keep your hardware mining consistently;
- Secure and convenient sign-in — access your account with a passkey using biometrics or a hardware security key;
- Real human support — get help from our team through the new online chat, Telegram and Discord.
We’ve redesigned the website, dashboard and calculator to make Hash-Hut clearer, more convenient and easier to use across devices.
The refreshed Hash-Hut launches on Thursday, October 15!
Next, we’ll introduce the new Grade System and explain how your hashrate, referrals and mining activity can help you move through the Grades.
