*Smooth switching for equipment without a subscription (mining.extranonce.subscribe) is only available when switching between (our pool) -> (any pool) -> (our pool) -> (the same pool as before). Equipment without a subscription will periodically disconnect from the pool when switching to more than one proxy pool. To enable subscription on equipment, add #xnsub immediately after the pool port.
P.S. I'll add a little personal note – this is truly the most comprehensive software update and the most complex and crazy code I've ever written... While working on the update, I released over 110 versions of the pool core, each of which required many hours of development. I worked at the limit of my capabilities and almost went crazy...
