Q: What is the pool fee?

The base fee is 2.9%. The higher your hashrate and the longer you mine, the lower the fee: the grade system brings it down to 0.4%.

Q: What is merged mining?

It is mining several coins with one hashrate. The ASIC solves the primary network task, and the pool counts the same work in the merged networks, so extra coins do not reduce the income from the primary one.
